Beyond Form: Expressing Art-Media Abstract Show

Beyond Form: Expressing Art - DRA’s March All-Media Abstract Show
Curatored by Betty Plummer and Fareeha Khawaja

This is an ALL-MEDIA abstract art show spotlighting painting. At the opening reception on Friday, March 4, 7-10 pm, the gallery will be buzzing with energy and color! Monochromatic simplicity, stillness, and restraint, will lend balance and white space. Sublime or formal, monochromatic or colorful, we'll make art happen so you'll feel the emotion, movement, and meaning that artists express through art whatever the style!

The show will be at the Del Ray Artisans gallery at the Nicholas A. Colasanto Center, 2704 Mount Vernon Avenue, Alexandria, Virginia 22301.

Special Exhibit Opportunity during the Show:
In conjunction with our “Beyond Form: Expressing Art” show, DRA has been invited to present a juried selection of abstract art in the lobby gallery of Signature Theater March 14 – May 22.(
