Artists Without Borders


"Artists Without Borders" brings together a group of diverse artists promoting peace, love & interfaith harmony through their work. Opening Reception: Friday, October 8th, from 6:00 pm to 10:00 pm at MOCA DC, 1054 31st St. NW Washington, DC. The show will run from October 8 to October 30, 2010.

The show is conceptualized and curated by Fareeha Khawaja,

a Pakistani born artist, who lives and works in the DC metro area. An artist run project, "Artists without borders", is a traveling exhibition that will begin in Washington, D.C. and travel both within the United States and abroad in the coming years. This exhibit will focus on collaborative projects to promote peace and better understanding among different cultures and communities.
